When you are educate yourself on the challenges that an uncontrolled and unmanaged pet population presents to your community, you become aware of the issues:

• Unspayed/Un-nuetered Dogs and Cats reproduce rapidly causing a cost to our community. These costs can include:

• Costs incurred due to disease carried by uncontrolled animals
• Costs incurred due to destruction caused by uncontrolled animals
• Rising costs to manage an abandoned pet population that is rising
